Policies
PaymentsAll payments are currently made through Paypal, VISA or MasterCard. All purchases must be paid in full before we will ship your order. If you would like to pay by Money Order, please contact us: amy@tapastrays.com
Shipping
We make every effort to ship your order out within 48 hours. All of our orders ship via FedEx Ground. Shipping charges will be based on the weight and/or volume of the order. Customer is responsible for freight charges on refused or undeliverable orders.
If you receive a shipment that is damaged, please contact us immediately. You have 7 days to contact us so that we may file a claim. In the meantime, you are welcome to choose from any other Tapas Tray™ on our site of equal value to replace your broken piece. If you don't see a replacement you like, we can make a custom piece for you or refund your money.
Returns
We are sure you will be thrilled with your new Tapas Tray™! In the case that you are not happy with you purchase, please notify us within 7 business days and we will issue a pick up for your piece. You will be given an RMA# to reference your return and a label for pick-up. A Return Form will need to be completed as well explaining the reason for return.
Breakage
Glass breaks! These works of art are made of thick glass, but dropping them or handling them roughly may cause them to break. We do not accept returns on mistreated glass trays.
Custom Orders
We love custom orders! If you have a design idea or color combination that you would like to purchase from us, we can work with you to create your own one-of-a-kind piece of art.
Custom orders may take from 2-4 weeks depending on availability of the glass. A custom fee of $10.00 will be added to all custom orders.
Wholesale Orders
If you are a business with a resale number and business license, we would be happy to share wholesale pricing with you. Minimums apply.

Care of Your Glass Trays
All of our pieces are made of high quality glass. Each piece is dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing. Continuous dishwashing may cause the rubber bumpers on the bottom to lose their adhesion. If this happens to your tray, we will be happy to send your replacements.
All of the Tapas Spreaders are made out of a heavy-duty stainless steel that resists rust and stains. We recommend hand washing due to the intricately woven design of the glass beads.
Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. We guarantee that none of your personal information, including your email address, will ever be shared with any entity outside of Tapas Trays™.
