Absolutely! If you see something in our gallery that you would like to order, let us know. Looking for a specific color, we can do that too. Contact us with your wishes, and we will do our best to design your vision. Custom orders take from 2-4 weeks depending on the design. Can we send a Tapas Tray as a gift to someone? TOP
We would love to! Let us know the occasion and we will include a personal note from you on a Tapas Trays card. Do you gift wrap? TOP
Not yet. All Tapas Trays and accessories must be shipped and packaged with care which includes bubble wrap and packaging peanuts to secure the glass design within the box. How are the trays made? TOP
Each Tapas Tray and coaster set is handmade with high quality compatible glass. The glass is hand cut, then fired and properly annealed for 24 hours in a studio kiln. Every piece is an inspiration and a one-of-a-kind, and will be uniquely yours. Are they dishwasher safe? TOP
Yes. All of the glass trays and coaster are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing the pieces because of the rubber bumpers on the bottom of the tray. They may lose their adhesion after multiple washes in the dishwasher. What is your return policy? TOP
We know you are going to be delighted by your new Tapas Tray! However, if you are unhappy for any reason, we will send a shipping label for pick up by our carrier of choice. You have 7 business days from the time of receipt of goods until you notify us of your return. You will be given a RMA# and a form to fill out describing your reason for return. All pieces must be in their original state with no damage. What if my tray breaks in shipping? TOP
Oh no! We home this does not happen as we try to pack our glass pieces with the utmost care. You must contact us within 7 business days to report damage. We will pick up the damaged tray for inspection. You may then choose from any other Tapas Tray listed of equal value. If you do not see one you like, we can either make a custom tray for you, or refund your money in full.
